Two Measures to Ensure Quality
Bosch uses two different methods to ensure that your experience is to the highest quality possible.
Service Quality Test (SQT)
These test are performed by a "mystery shopper" without an appointment, which grades the shop on all aspects of the customer's service experience from the initial call for an appointment, through the repair process and vehicle return to the owner, hidden faults that should be found during the service checks.
Service Quality Assesment (SQA)
This assessment is scheduled in advance and an interview is performed with owner to assess proper tools and equipment, repair process procedure, utilization of the BCS program signage, promotional tools and business aids.
